Beyond HR, LLC is a fast-growing bookkeeping, administration, and HR consulting firm that partners with small and medium-sized businesses across the country. We help business owners reclaim their time, build better systems, and actually breathe again. We're a lean, high-trust team and we run at a pace that requires everyone to be sharp, proactive, and genuinely invested in doing things well.
This isn't a "schedule a few meetings and call it a day" kind of admin role. We need a sharp, organized, get-it-done right-hand person who can support both of our founders across business and personal tasks, serve as the first voice and face our clients encounter, and jump in wherever the work is. One day you're coordinating a client onboarding. The next you're handling a personal errand for a founder, answering the phone, chasing down a document, and updating a workflow, all before lunch. If that sounds like you, keep reading.
** US-based applicants only. We sincerely appreciate the interest from international candidates, but this role is limited to folks living and working in the United States.
You have a track record of being the person everyone relies on. You don't wait to be told what to do next, you notice what needs doing and you do it. You're comfortable switching gears mid-day between something personal for an owner and something critical for a client. You follow processes precisely, build better ones when they're missing, and treat confidential information like the liability it actually is.
You're also a real person with a sense of humor about the fact that this job requires you to be a chameleon and you're totally fine with that.
We're busy and growing and if we want to do it right, this process can take a couple of weeks. We appreciate your patience while we keep client work moving and work through applications. We will be in touch.
Side hustles are totally fine, as long as they don't compete with ours. We're an equal-opportunity employer and contractor partner, and accommodations are available. This role is 100% remote.
Dual-role potential: I f you also have solid bookkeeping chops (QBO/Xero, full-cycle close), we want to know, there is a full-time W2 combo opportunity for the right person. Peek at our Bookkeeper posting if that's you!
