Job Title: Administrative Assistant 1
Location: Birmingham AL 35203
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr
Shift Timings: 1 st shift

Job Description:
Provide administrative support for O&M and Capital projects including timesheet processing invoice management procurement card reports project documentation report preparation and coordination with internal teams. The candidate must be organized professional detail-oriented and flexible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process employee timesheets and procurement card reports.
• Process invoices contracts and purchase orders.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports and PowerPoint presentations.
• Maintain project files records S:Drive and SharePoint.
• Coordinate meetings travel events and office supplies.
• Support daily O&M and Capital project activities.
• Coordinate with HR Compliance managers and project teams.
• Follow company administrative and accounting procedures.
  

Required Skills:

• Administrative and office support experience.
• Microsoft Office proficiency especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Invoice processing and timesheet management.
• Oracle and Maximo experience preferred.
• Document management and recordkeeping.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Multitasking flexibility and attention to detail.
