The right individual will be relationship-driven, knowledgeable about agriculture, and committed to serving as a trusted advisor to producers throughout the growing season.

Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with producers, both current and prospective
* Conduct on-farm meetings to understand each operation and recommend tailored crop insurance products
* Educate producers on available coverage options, policy structures, deadlines, and risk-management strategies
* Stay current on industry changes, rules, and regulations affecting crop insurance and agriculture
* Collaborate with internal team members to ensure accuracy in policy setup, renewals, and claims support
* Participate in community and agricultural events to represent the organization and expand visibility
* Serve as a long-term resource to producers, providing ongoing guidance throughout planting, growing, and harvest cycles
Requirements:
* 3-5+ years of experience in crop insurance, ag sales, or related ag advisory role preferred
* Strong understanding of agriculture and farming operations
* Crop insurance licensing or ability to obtain quickly
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently and as part of a team
* Comfortable meeting face-to-face with producers and being present within the ag community
