Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to serve as a key point of contact for our nationwide portfolio of multifamily communities. This role blends hands-on marketing helpdesk support, ownership of new-product onboarding and management, and leadership of cross-functional special projects. We're looking for someone with exceptional organizational skills who thrives on keeping multiple priorities moving at once while delivering accurate, on-brand results for more than 300 communities. This position is an in-office position.

Responsibilities

•   Serve as the front-line resource for property teams submitting marketing helpdesk requests, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring fast, accurate resolution within SLA.
• Lead the rollout of new digital marketing tools, platforms, and vendor products across the portfolio, from initial setup and testing through training and ongoing management.
• Own cross-functional initiatives from kickoff to completion, coordinating with marketing, IT, and property teams to hit deadlines and deliverables.
• Configure and maintain marketing systems such as RentCafe and Yardi, resolving technical issues as they arise.
• Assist with marketing content for websites, campaigns, and brand initiatives across the portfolio.
• Analyze performance data using Google Analytics and Google Ads, and evaluate property marketing for accuracy, effectiveness, and content quality.
•   Present insights, project updates, and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
• Be part of the team that hosts corporate events such as the annual manager summit, employee appreciation week, Executive retreat, and other ongoing activities that support company culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in digital marketing; multifamily or apartment industry experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Yardi and RentCafe platforms is a plus.
• Working knowledge or certification in Google Ads and Google Analytics required.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
• Proficiency in marketing tools such as Canva, Chatmeter, and/or similar platforms is a bonus.
