We are looking for an experienced individual to join our Erosion Control Division in the Cedar Rapids area. Successful candidate will have experience with farming, agriculture and or a landscape background. We are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience running agricultural tractor and or skid loader equipment for erosion control, seeding and planting. Successful candidates should have a Class A CDL license or willing to obtain within first 90 days of employment. When not operating equipment individuals must be willing to perform physical labor work wherever needed. We need individuals that are true TEAM players, who have a positive attitude and are flexible.

Erosion Control is a Division within Absolute Group that specializes in commercial and state erosion and soil control services. We offer a wide range of agricultural construction solutions, including seeding, sodding, mulching, silt fence installation and storm water pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) management.
