Equipment Operator Night Shift (Contract)
Location: Bohemia, NY 11716 | Shift: 11pm-7:30am, Monday to Friday

[Responsibilities]

- Operate and troubleshoot folder-gluer and related manufacturing equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance, minor repairs, and equipment adjustments
- Conduct in-process quality checks and monitor production quality standards
- Accurately read and interpret technical documentation and schematics
- Complete production and maintenance documentation per GMP and SOPs
- Support process improvements in safety, quality, and efficiency
- Collaborate with manufacturing, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve issues
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

[Required Skills and Experience]

- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or maintenance experience
- Proven mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read technical documentation and measurements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities
- Capable of lifting and maneuvering up to 70 lbs
- Willingness to work overnight hours and in an industrial environment

[Preferred Skills]

- Experience with industrial equipment maintenance and repair
- Background in GMP-regulated manufacturing environments
- Exposure to folding machines, press operations, or specialized equipment
- Basic understanding of electrical systems, PLCs, and control systems
