We're hiring a Housekeeper to keep our community clean, safe, and welcoming. This role reports to the Director of Housekeeping. What You'll Do * Clean and service public/common areas and private resident areas per established health, hygiene, and appearance standards * Follow housekeeping protocols for dusting, polishing, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal * Properly dispose of refuse, adhering to infection control standards * Maintain equipment and supplies to avoid waste and prevent accidents; keep utility rooms organized * Assist with servicing resident laundry as assigned * Coordinate activities with other departments as necessary What You'll Need * High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred * At least one (1) year of related work experience preferred * Knowledge of safe and appropriate use of cleaning supplies and equipment Physical Requirements * Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, reach, turn, bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, and perform fine manipulation throughout the workday * Ability to lift up to 25 pounds unassisted and exert up to 50 pounds of force frequently to move objects * Normal or corrected vision and hearing, including color recognition Working Environment * Work is performed in a well-lit, well-ventilated community setting, with occasional exposure to dust, fumes, odors, water, and noise * Flexibility to work beyond normal hours, on weekends, or in other roles as needed What We Offer * Competitive pay * Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance * Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) and Holiday Pay * Flexible scheduling * Excellent growth and advancement opportunities Ready to help create a spotless, welcoming home for our residents?
