Impact Substitute Teachers work alongside classroom teachers to support K12 students through targeted small-group instruction and intervention in English Language Arts (ELA) or Mathematics. Impact Substitute Teachers are assigned to one designated school site and work a regular schedule supporting extended or recurring classroom assignments. This long-term role provides consistent academic support reinforces grade-level instruction strengthens student skills and helps students make progress toward academic standards.
