We are seeking an exceptional Insurance Bad Faith Attorney to join our growing California law firm and help lead our insurance litigation practice.

Beyond a competitive base salary, we offer a substantial percentage of attorney fees generated from successful settlements and case resolutions. The right candidate will have the opportunity to earn well beyond a traditional salary.
Compensation:$250,000 - $350,000
Responsibilities:You will take a leading role in representing policyholders against insurance companies in high-stakes disputes involving:
Insurance bad faith and wrongful claim denials
Fire losses, property damage, and catastrophic insurance claims
Insurance coverage disputes and policy rescission
Unreasonable claims handling, delays, and underpayment
Commercial and residential insurance litigation
Complex, high-value settlement negotiations and trials
You will work directly with firm leadership, exercise substantial professional judgment, and have the opportunity to help shape and expand a growing practice.
Qualifications:We are interested in speaking with attorneys who possess:
Active California State Bar membership in good standing
At least 5 years of meaningful civil litigation experience
Strong experience in insurance bad faith, insurance coverage, or complex insurance litigation
Demonstrated success in negotiations, depositions, litigation, and case resolution
The confidence and ability to independently manage sophisticated cases
A forward-thinking mindset and ambition to achieve exceptional professional and financial success
Attorneys with established insurance litigation practices, significant trial experience, or demonstrated success in high-value settlements are especially encouraged to apply.
