$85,000 - $120,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire a team of customer service professionals to exceed client expectations and foster a culture of excellence.

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention, ensuring clients feel valued and supported.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery, driving efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable solutions.

  • Provide guidance and support to team members, encouraging professional growth and development through regular coaching and feedback.

  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer inquiries and issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory outcomes for all parties involved.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and inform strategic decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in leading and managing customer service teams, with a focus on driving performance and fostering a positive work environment.
