The Role
Your main focus will be Instagram, TikTok, influencer marketing, content creation, and KOL campaigns.
What You’ll Do
Social Media
Manage and grow ZALO’s Instagram and TikTok channels.
Create weekly/monthly content plans and publish Reels, TikToks, Stories, and other short-form content.
Research trends, sounds, formats, hashtags, and viral content.
Develop creative content that reflects ZALO’s premium and sophisticated image.
Monitor performance and provide insights and recommendations.
Influencer & KOL Marketing
Research and identify creators across the US, Europe, and other international markets.
Build and manage an international influencer database.
Negotiate product gifting, paid collaborations, affiliate partnerships, and content deliverables.
Develop long-term relationships with high-potential creators and manage KOL campaigns.
Content Creation
Develop creative concepts for social media campaigns.
Participate in filming and content production when needed.
Shoot and edit simple short-form videos using CapCut, Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
International Market Research
Monitor trends across intimate wellness, beauty, lifestyle, fashion, and consumer products.
Research competitors and their social media strategies.
Share insights on international consumer preferences and market trends.
