J ob Title: Java Full Stack Developer on W2 only
Location: Omaha, Nebraska
Duration: 12+ Months Contract with Possible Extension Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, and modern frontend technologies such as React or Angular. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, reliable, and high-performance applications supporting business-critical operations. Required Qualifications:
8+ years of professional experience in Java full-stack application development.
Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
Proficiency in React or Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience with SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
Experience with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit or Mockito.
Familiarity with Git, build tools, debugging, and application performance tuning.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native application development.
Knowledge of Apache Kafka or other messaging and event-streaming technologies.
Experience with MuleSoft or comparable enterprise integration platforms.
Familiarity with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or other CI/CD tools.
Experience with automated testing, application monitoring, and production support.
Experience in insurance, financial services, benefits administration, or other enterprise domains.
