We are currently seeking a proactive, energetic Steward to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency in our commercial kitchens. This position is crucial to our operation, providing support during high-profile events and daily activities.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within commercial kitchen environments.
  • Operate industrial-size dishwashers to ensure all kitchenware meets Boise Centre’s cleanliness standards.
  • Manage the setup and breakdown of dish stations for events, ensuring timely preparation and execution.
  • Uphold stringent food safety and sanitation standards.

Candidate Profile:

  • Capable of physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication skills and effective teamwork in a diverse environment.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure in high-temperature settings.
  • Willingness to obtain ServSafe certification, if not already certified.
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
