Job Description

Job Category: Human Resources

Requisition Number: ORGAN002051

Description

LICENSED CLINICIAN – ORGANIZATIONAL LIFE COACH

Help our people navigate what matters — at work and in life.

West Bend, WI • Full-Time • People & Culture • Clinical License Required

At Delta Defense, taking care of our people means giving them meaningful support when they need it most.

As our Licensed Clinician – Organizational Life Coach , you’ll serve as a trusted resource for employees across the organization. You’ll provide confidential counseling, help people navigate personal and professional challenges, and create practical programs that strengthen wellbeing, communication, and growth.

We’re looking for an experienced licensed therapist, counselor, or mental health clinician who enjoys both one-on-one work and making an impact across an organization .

Active LCSW, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist license required.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide confidential one-on-one counseling and support for employees navigating mental health, substance use, stress, relationships, and life challenges.
  • Partner with employees and leaders on communication, resilience, healthy relationships, and workplace wellbeing.
  • Develop and facilitate practical workshops, training, and presentations on topics such as stress management, burnout prevention, communication, and personal growth.
  • Support new employee culture training and share relevant wellbeing resources across the organization.

What You Bring

  • Active LCSW, LPC, or licensed psychologist credential in good standing, with authorization to independently diagnose and treat mental health and substance use disorders.
  • Graduate degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related clinical field.
  • 5+ years of clinical experience.
  • Experience supporting individuals across a range of mental health and life challenges.
  • Confidence facilitating groups, workshops, or presentations.
  • Strong clinical judgment, ethics, confidentiality, and the ability to build trust with people at all levels of an organization.

Why You’ll Love This Role

  • Focus on people, not insurance. Spend your time counseling, coaching, educating, and developing employees rather than navigating insurance requirements.
  • Enjoy a consistent schedule. Monday-Friday with no routine evenings or weekends.
  • Make an impact beyond the counseling room. Help shape programs, resources, and learning experiences that support the broader organization.
  • Bring your ideas to life. Help build and improve wellbeing initiatives instead of stepping into a rigid clinical model.

We give a shit about the people who work here — and that means creating the support, resources, and environment that help them thrive.
