LMS Training Coordinator Level 2
Onsite at Kennedy Space Center, FL | $70-$75/hr W2 | 6+ Month Contract | 4x10 Schedule (Mon-Thurs)
About the Role
Join Indotronix as an LMS Training Coordinator Level 2 and contribute to mission-critical training operations at Kennedy Space Center. You'll support technical training for a leading aerospace organization, working onsite in a dynamic environment where precision and innovation matter. This is a high-impact, contract role ideal for professionals passionate about training coordination and learning management systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, schedule, deliver, and track technical training under supervision of Northrop Grumman training professionals.
- Develop and maintain training and onboarding modules to ensure standardized content delivery.
- Facilitate train-the-trainer programs and qualify area trainers for content facilitation.
- Collaborate with functional teams to create training materials and knowledge assessments for SOPs.
- Utilize training authoring and multimedia tools for content development projects.
- Support LMS operations, including roster management, course assignments, material uploads, and reporting (SABA/Cornerstone).
- Assist with preparation and maintenance of class and learning lab materials.
- Run and analyze reports from NASA systems (TCRS, SATERN) to maintain and update internal LMS.
- Coordinate scheduling for NASA-delivered courses and ensure accurate documentation of completions.
- Support migration activities to new LMS platforms as needed.
- Maintain training documentation and communication through the KSC Training mailbox.
Required Skills and Experience
- 4-10 years of experience in training administration and LMS support.
- Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency: Word, Excel (pivot tables, formulas), PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (preferably SABA, Cornerstone).
- Strong organizational skills for roster input, reporting, and class preparation.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Lectora 21 training software.
- Experience working with NASA's SATERN system.
- Basic instructional design knowledge and ADA compliance awareness for web-based training.
- Exposure to Articulate e-learning tools.
