We live by our core values: Hope, Empathy, Accountability, Resilience, and Teamwork (H.E.A.R.T.). If these resonate with you, we invite you to become part of our dedicated and mission-driven team.
The Maternal Infant Substance Treatment (MIST) Program is a 16-bed residential treatment program designed specifically for pregnant and parenting women struggling with substance use disorders.
Women admitted to the program typically remain in treatment for 6-12 months and receive comprehensive support services, including:
One of the most meaningful aspects of MIST is that infants remain with their mothers during treatment , allowing for critical bonding and attachment while mothers focus on recovery, healing, and building a healthy future for their families.
As a Clinician in the MIST Program, you will provide advanced clinical assessment, counseling, treatment planning, and consultation services to women working toward recovery from substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.
This role requires a compassionate and skilled professional who can build strong therapeutic relationships while providing evidence-based care in a residential treatment setting. You will play a critical role in helping clients achieve recovery, improve family stability, and develop the skills needed for long-term success.
Whether you are currently licensed or working toward licensure, this position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of women, children, and families.
Every day in the MIST Program offers the opportunity to help women overcome addiction, strengthen family bonds, and create brighter futures for themselves and their children.
Apply today and become part of a team that is transforming lives through compassion, recovery, and hope.
