Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Process Operator to oversee and manage high-temperature short-time (HTST) pasteurization and fluid processing systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with competitive compensation up to $48,000 per year. In this role, you will coordinate daily processing and filling operations, operate specialized liquid processing equipment—including pasteurizers, homogenizers, pumps, and automated Clean-In-Place (CIP) systems—and strictly monitor temperatures, flow rates, and pressures to ensure continuous production efficiency. Core duties include maintaining accurate production logs, upholding rigorous Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards, adhering to all state and federal health regulations, and immediately escalating any food safety or product quality concerns to leadership. Position availability includes two distinct shift options starting at either 5:00 AM or 1:00 PM until daily production run completion. The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma or equivalent, exhibits solid basic math skills, possesses mechanical aptitude, and has the ability to earn required industry certifications while excelling in a physical, collaborative team setting.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the daily HTST production operation, processing, and filling of product
• Measure work outcome and processes while taking actions toward continuous improvement
• Maintain productivity and quality management
• Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately
• Obtain and maintain all certifications and licenses required
• Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding
health and safety issues
• Follow all good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate
regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements
