Job Description

Seeking an experienced Process Operator to oversee and maintain the continuous operation of high-temperature short-time (HTST) pasteurization and fluid processing systems within a fast-paced manufacturing facility. In this role, you will coordinate daily processing and filling operations, operate specialized liquid dairy equipment including pasteurizers, homogenizers, and automated CIP systems, and closely monitor temperature setpoints, pressures, and flow rates to maximize production efficiency. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate production logs, strictly adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), complying with state and federal health and safety regulations, and immediately reporting any food safety or quality deviations to leadership. The ideal candidate possesses a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to obtain necessary industry certifications while thriving in a physical, team-oriented environment.
