Property & Casualty Insurance Account Support Specialist (In-Office)

About the Role

We're growing and looking for a dependable, people-focused Property & Casualty Insurance professional to join our in-office team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, thrives in an organized environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent service. You'll be a key support partner to our clients and internal team, with opportunities to grow as the agency grows.

What You'll Do

* Build and maintain strong client relationships through outstanding service
* Assist clients with billing questions, cancellations, and day-to-day account needs
* Support bond processing and related administrative tasks
* Help with agency projects and special initiatives as needed
* Communicate clearly, professionally, and promptly with clients and carriers
* Process basic certificates and gather carrier notifications
* Answer incoming calls with a friendly, helpful attitude
* Greet visitors and maintain a clean, welcoming reception area
* Handle mail distribution and general office tasks
* Scan, file, and manage documents, including monitoring the agency's main email inbox

Responsibilities may evolve-flexibility and a team-first mindset are key.

What We're Looking For

* 2+ years of Property & Casualty insurance experience
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
* Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment
* Coachable, collaborative, and eager to learn
* Professional demeanor with a positive, can-do attitude
