We are currently seeking a meticulous and organised Remote File Clerk to join our dedicated team. This is a Full-Time position based remotely in Dallas, Texas, United States .

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our digital filing systems, ensuring that all company documents are organised, secure, and easily accessible. This role is crucial for maintaining the efficiency of our operations and supporting the wider team. We are offering a competitive hourly rate of $30 - $35 USD per hour .

Responsibilities
• Organise and maintain digital files and company documents within our document management system.
• Ensure the accurate and timely categorisation and labelling of all electronic records.
• Retrieve and distribute files and information to staff members upon request.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for data confidentiality, record-keeping, and security.
• Perform regular audits of the filing system to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Assist with archiving old records and managing document lifecycles according to company guidelines.
• Provide general administrative support to the team as required.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in a similar role, such as a File Clerk, Data Entry Clerk, or Administrative Assistant.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with digital filing software (e.g., SharePoint, Google Drive).
• Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
• A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
• The ability to work independently and manage a varied workload in a remote environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A discreet and professional approach to handling confidential information.
• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
