We are hiring experienced Skid Steer Operators and Telehandler (Lull) Operators for a commercial construction project in Lebanon, IN. Operators will be responsible for moving materials throughout the job site, supporting construction crews, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate skid steers and telehandlers (lulls) to transport materials around the job site.
• Load, unload, and distribute materials to crews as needed.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any issues.
• Follow all site safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with general site support when equipment operation is not needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience operating skid steers and/or telehandlers (lulls) on commercial construction sites.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation and attendance.
• Strong understanding of construction site safety.
• Ability to work Monday through Saturday and work 8-12 hour shifts as project demands require.

This is a Contract position based out of Zionsville, IN.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
