Salary: $108,800 - 181,300 per year Requirements:

• We require a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in data analytics, business, public health, or a related discipline; healthcare experience is strongly preferred.
• We typically look for 5 to 7 years of analytics experience in healthcare or the pharmaceutical sector.
• We expect knowledge of data science techniques such as decision trees, multivariate analysis, segmentation modeling, factor analysis, regression, forecasting, and machine learning.
• We value familiarity with statistical tools such as Python, R, MATLAB, SAS, or similar platforms.
• We need a naturally curious problem solver who can rapidly interpret complex data challenges.
• We seek a self-driven, collaborative team member who can work effectively amid competing priorities.
• We expect experience in data mining, analysis, and turning findings into actionable insights.
• We need someone comfortable creating queries, drafting reports, and presenting results.
• We require intermediate to advanced SQL proficiency.
• We require intermediate to advanced proficiency with data visualization tools such as Excel and Tableau.
• We expect strong communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
• We prefer industry expertise in insurance, pharmaceutical, or healthcare.
