Nestled in scenic and historic St. Mary's County, Maryland, Tidewater Veterinary Hospital, LLC is seeking a compassionate veterinarian to join our well-established, highly regarded mixed-animal practice. We welcome applicants interested in small-animal, large-animal, or mixed-animal medicine, with flexible part-time and full-time opportunities available.

At Tidewater Veterinary Hospital, LLC, you'll have the freedom to focus on the medicine you enjoy most while becoming part of a busy, collaborative practice known for exceptional patient care and lasting client relationships. We offer a competitive ProSal compensation package with no negative accrual and reasonable production targets, allowing you to build a rewarding and sustainable career with confidence.

Our comprehensive benefits package is designed to support both your professional growth and personal well-being and includes:

  • Retirement plan with 401(k) and profit sharing
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Disability and professional liability insurance
  • Paid dues and license fees
  • Continuing education budget and paid continuing education leave
  • Paid holidays and generous leave
  • Flexible time off to support work-life balance
  • Large-animal vehicle for ambulatory veterinarians
  • Generous employee discount
  • And more!

Beyond the hospital, you'll enjoy life in one of Maryland's most beautiful regions. St. Mary's County offers waterfront living, rich history, vibrant communities, excellent schools, and easy access to Washington, D.C., Annapolis, and Virginia—providing an exceptional quality of life both professionally and personally.

Whether you're an experienced veterinarian or a recent graduate seeking mentorship, we'd love to hear from you.

Come build the career you've always envisioned—doing the work you love with a team that shares your passion for exceptional veterinary medicine. We look forward to welcoming you to Tidewater Veterinary Hospital.
