The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to the Statistics department ensuring efficient office operations including payroll purchasing recordkeeping inventory and facility needs. Additionally this role oversees compliance with university policies and the effective coordination of graduate program activities. The position serves as a key liaison between faculty staff students and university offices and supports both general departmental functions and graduate program administration.
Two years of experience in a professional office environment.
Skills Proficiencies and/or Knowledge:
Ability to utilize Microsoft Office programs (Word Excel etc.) Outlook and Teams.
