Shape the Experience for Our Most Strategic Clients Export PA

RiteScreen the market leader in window and door screen solutions is hiring a Strategic Accounts Client Experience Analyst in Export PA. This role goes far beyond standard customer service: youll be the connective tissue across teams using data to inform decisions guiding key accounts through complex orders and championing continuous improvement.

A Day in the Role

Picture your morning starting with a quick scan of order dashboards and CRM notes. You notice a trend in lead times for a strategic partner flag it and propose a tweak to the plan. By mid-day youre coordinating with operations and sales to ensure a multi-location shipment lands the afternoon you mentor a teammate on best practices for handling an escalation then finalize pricing adjustments and an incentive offer that align customer needs with company goals.

How Youll Make an Impact

• Own complex order workflows for high-touch enterprise clientsaccurate timely and professional from intake to delivery.
• Serve as the trusted point of contact for key accounts elevating relationships and anticipating needs.
• Translate reports and raw data into insightsspot trends forecast demand and recommend process improvements.
• Build decision-ready customer and sales analytics for leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure seamless execution across departments.
• Mentor colleagues and champion best-in-class customer engagement.
• Exercise sound judgment on escalations pricing adjustments and incentive structures.

What You Bring

• 35 years of customer service experience preferably in B2B or manufacturing.
• A track record of balancing client satisfaction with business outcomes.
• Advanced skills with Excel plus hands-on CRM and ERP proficiency; youre comfortable working with data and reporting.
• Exceptional communication critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Professionalism and tact when navigating escalated situations.
• Ability to collaborate across functions to deliver measurable results.
• A continuous improvement mindset and pride in execution quality.
